About Us

We've helped our customers claim back over £600m of mis-sold PPI

About us

We Fight Any Claim is one of the most successful Claims Management Companies in the UK.

Named in the London Stock Exchange’s 1000 Companies to Inspire Britain 2017, we are more than just your average Claims Management Company. For the last ten years we have worked tirelessly to help those affected by the PPI scandal recover what they are rightfully owed. Our 2018 prime time advertising campaign was seen by millions as we tried to communicate the truth about the PPI scandal. We are proud to have helped over 220,000 customers take back over £600,000,000 in compensation for mis-sold PPI. It was your money and it was worth fighting for!

As of the 29th of August 2019 the deadline for all new PPI claims has taken effect and we are unable to process any new claims. We are also no longer taking on any new claims for PBA. However, those who have already started a claim with us can rest easy in the knowledge that we will continue to fight on your behalf to recover any compensation you may be owed. If you have an ongoing claim with us, you can find more information about the claims process here.

Our staff are committed to supporting charities based within the local community.

Here at We Fight Any Claim we are committed to helping the armed forces community, and we are proud to have taken our first steps by receiving the Bronze Award of the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme. As a Bronze Award holder, we have pledged our intention to support Defence, and take a positive stance towards existing or prospective employees who are members of the Armed Forces Community. We seek to promote an Armed Forces friendly position and are open to employing Reservists, Armed Forces Veterans (including wounded, injured, and sick), Cadet Instructors, service veterans and military spouses and partners.
