We have always been proud of what we have achieved as a business. We take pride in our work, and know we’re making a difference to the lives of those who were affected by the PPI scandal.
But we would never expect anyone to just take our word for it.
We receive regular feedback from our happy customers, through hand written testimonials, letters, phone calls and Feefo reviews.
Feefo is a global review site. The site collects reliable customer feedback to deliver up to date insights, so businesses and consumers can make better decisions. Feefo does this on behalf of 4,000 companies, providing reviews and customer analytics for more than 5,000 websites.
This week, Feefo has recognised the businesses with the top review scores.
We have been presented with the Feefo Gold Service award, an independent seal of excellence that recognises businesses for delivering exceptional experiences, as rated by real customers.
Created by Feefo, Trusted Service is awarded only to those businesses that use Feefo to collect genuine ratings and reviews. Those that meet the high standards are recognised for their excellent service and feedback score. Feefo consider this as a real badge of honour for businesses, and it is based purely on the interactions with verified customers. As all reviews are genuine, the accreditation is a true reflection of a business’ commitment to outstanding service.
We met the criteria to be recognised by Feefo after our excellent rating of 4.5 after hundreds of reviews from our customers who have received compensation.

Despite some negative connotations around claims management companies and the PPI industry as a whole, it is an honour to be officially recognised for our excellent customer service and hard work representing UK consumers.
