For an Update on Your Claim(s)

The quickest and easiest way to check the progress of your ongoing claim(s) is by logging into or signing up to our claims portal.

We are very busy right now; we ask that you use our claims portal to get an update before attempting to contact us.

If you cannot get the information you need using our portal, you can contact us by email at [email protected]. Please remember to include your PPI Reference when emailing us.

To Pay Your Fee

If we have referred your unpaid fees to a debt collection agency and you would like to make a payment, please get in touch with the debt collector using the contact methods found in their communications to you. You will still be liable for their fees if you attempt to pay us directly.

We are currently experiencing an issue with our online payment facility; however, you can still pay us by bank transfer using the following details:

Have You Been Contacted by the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS)?

If you have received communication from the FOS asking whether you would like an ombudsman to review your complaint, please visit our dedicated page, which contains more information regarding this matter.

We cannot advise whether you should insist that an ombudsman review your case; you must make that decision. However, we have prepared a suggested response that may be useful if you want an ombudsman review.
