For an Update on Your Claim(s)
The quickest and easiest way to check the progress of your ongoing claim(s) is by logging into or signing up to our claims portal.
We are very busy right now; we ask that you use our claims portal to get an update before attempting to contact us by phone or email.
If you cannot get the information you need using our portal, you can contact us by email at [email protected]. Please remember to include your PPI Reference when emailing us.
Alternatively, you can speak with a member of our customer care team by calling 01633 325169. Our team is available between 10 am and 2 pm, Monday to Friday, however, the lines will close at 1:30 pm to ensure that we can answer all calls. Please note that all calls are recorded for compliance purposes.

You can make a payment 24 hours a day using our quick and easy online payment facility.

Have You Been Contacted by the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS)?
If you have received communication from the FOS asking whether you would like an ombudsman to review your complaint, please visit our dedicated page which contains more information regarding this matter.
We cannot advise whether you should insist that an ombudsman review your case; you must make that decision. However, we have prepared a suggested response which may be useful if you do want an ombudsman review.
