The quickest and easiest way to check the progress of your ongoing claim(s) is by logging into or signing up to our claims portal.
We are very busy right now; we ask that you use our claims portal to get an update before attempting to contact us.

Have You Been Contacted by the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS)?
If you have received communication from the FOS asking whether you would like an ombudsman to review your complaint, please visit our dedicated page, which contains more information regarding this matter.
We cannot advise whether you should insist that an ombudsman review your case; you must make that decision. However, we have prepared a suggested response that may be useful if you want an ombudsman review.
