This pack encloses all the documentation relating to your claim(s) for mis-sold Payment Protection Insurance ('PPI') and/or mis-sold Packaged Bank Accounts ('PBA')

Before you start, read the Terms and Conditions and the Pre-Sales Information sheet. The Terms and Conditions will form the contract between you and ‘We Fight Any Claim’, so please read them carefully. Retain the Terms and Conditions and the Pre-Sales Information sheet for future reference.

Ensure all policy or account holders sign each part of the forms.


4. Important Information

Loan or Credit Card Agreement

If you have these please enclose any documents relating to the account when returning your pack to us. This includes:

  • Loan or credit card agreement
  • Copy of loan or credit card application form(s)
  • Monthly or annual loan, bank or credit card statement(s)

Payment Protection Insurance

Please enclose any Payment Protection Insurance or Packaged Bank Account documents you may have relating to the account when returning your pack to us.

Credit File

Please enclose any Credit File documents you may have relating to the account when returning your pack to us.


5. Send The Forms To Us

Please return all of the above completed documents to us in the pre-paid envelope provided. Retain all other documents for your reference.

Prior to returning your paperwork to us, please ensure that every document with a signature box has been signed by the policyholder including any additional policyholders or account holders (where appropriate).

We will be unable to pursue your claim on your behalf unless ALL documents are fully completed and signed where required. Failure to do so will mean a delay in submitting your claim.
